Biography:
Sven is currently undertaking his PhD. in Sports and Exercise Science, investigating the effects of exercise intervention strategies on muscle performance and mobility in the older population. Sven has extensive experience in exercise prescription; having worked as a Strength and Condition Coach at the NSW Institute of Sport and as a Sport Scientist at the Sydney Academy of Sport. As an exercise physiologist, he specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
